Service-Based Business Notice

Because we provide digital services and creative deliverables, returns do not apply like physical products. However, we believe in fairness and transparency –  which is why we offer a structured refund approach.

Services Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be considered only for the following:

1. Duplicate Payment

If a payment was made twice by mistake, we will issue a 100% refund.

2. Technical Issues

If you paid for a digital product/service and there was a technical error preventing delivery, we will either:

  • Deliver the service again, or

  • Provide a refund

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available once:

  • Work has already started

  • Initial strategy documents / creatives / deliverables have been shared

  • Ads/content/design/plans have been executed or delivered

  • Client delays response or approval

  • Client changes mind mid-project

  • Time-based services are already consumed (consulting, coaching hours, etc.)

Digital marketing results depend on many external factors (budget, competition, market changes) – therefore results cannot be guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund.

Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer 2–3 revisions depending on your service package to ensure you are satisfied with the final output.

If you need more revisions, extra charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations or Refunds

Once payment is made:

  • Work starts instantly

  • Resources and time are allocated

  • Strategy, planning, and backend setup begin

Therefore, no cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances – including change of mind or project discontinuation from the client’s side.

Before Making Payment

Please ensure that you:

✅ Understand the service details
✅ Discuss project scope + requirements
✅ Ask all questions before proceeding

Exceptional Cases

Refunds are only considered if:

  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake

  • Technical error caused payment without any project record

In such cases, the client must notify us within 24 hours with proof of transaction.
